Request a Technical Ceramic Review
Send the part drawing and operating conditions. We will identify the information needed for a useful feasibility and quotation review.

Tell us about the part
A complete first message helps us review the correct material and process route.
- Drawing revision and available CAD files
- Fused silica, alumina or required performance
- Temperature, load, atmosphere and component function
- Critical dimensions, surface and inspection requirements
- Prototype or production quantity and target timing
- Packing, documentation and destination requirements
Prefer email?
Use the email address shown in the site footer and attach the controlled drawing. For sensitive projects, ask about document handling before sending confidential files.
Send an RFQ request
Use the message field to include the application and acceptance details.
A normal technical enquiry process
The first response focuses on the information needed to evaluate the project, not an automatic price promise.
Contact and RFQ Questions
Answers based on the current RYANCERA material and project scope.
What files can I send with an enquiry?
A PDF drawing is the best starting point. Add available 2D or 3D files, specifications and reference photos where useful.
What if I do not know the ceramic material?
Describe the operating temperature, load, atmosphere, wear, insulation and current component problem so the starting material can be reviewed.
Can a sample be reviewed without a drawing?
A complete sample may support an initial review, but critical dimensions, interfaces and acceptance criteria still need to be defined.
What should I state about inspection?
List critical characteristics, required records, sampling expectations, labeling and any shipment documentation needed.
