Which materials are available for industrial ceramic plates?
RYANCERA currently supplies fused silica and alumina plates. Fused silica is reviewed for low-expansion thermal service, while alumina is considered for wear, insulation and mechanical duties.
What plate sizes and thicknesses can be manufactured?
Maximum size and thickness capability depends on material grade, geometry, support conditions, flatness requirement and production route. Send the drawing for a project-specific review.
Can plates include holes, slots, countersinks or curved profiles?
Yes, machined and formed features can be reviewed from the drawing. Include feature dimensions, edge distances, position tolerances and the required surface condition.
How should flatness and parallelism be specified?
State the required value, datum, measurement area and inspection method. Requirements should reflect the functional surface and actual support arrangement.
How are large or fragile plates packed for export?
Packing is planned around component size, edge sensitivity and transport method. Protective separation, support and crate requirements are agreed with the order.
